Listed rates are for pick-up times between 5AM and 12 AM (midnight, the next day). If your pick-up time is between midnight and 5 AM, $25 will be added at time of service for each pick-up between midnight and 5 AM. Children 8 and under are free. For groups larger than 10, please call (801)466-3122 for a quote. RESERVATION INSTRUCTIONS: Select one-way or round trip, enter the number of passengers (with kids 8 and under: enter # of passengers over 8; give the total # of passengers in the comments section at the end of the billing information on the next page), and click Reserve. On the next page enter your contact, flight, and billing information. Use the flight arrival time and flight departure time in the flight details. Your arrival pick up time will be scheduled 30 minutes after the scheduled flight landing. Your departure pick up time will depend on location, weather, and road conditions. The departure pick up time will allow for arrival at the airport no later than 90 minutes before your flight. ONE WAY DEPARTURES-use the departure date for both the arrival and departure. Enter one way departure in the comments box at the end of the billing section on the next page.
