MOUNTAIN BIKE SHUTTLE TERMS OF SERVICE

• Helmets are required for all mountain bike shuttles.  Failure to bring a helmet will void any refund and/or raincheck, no exceptions.
• By purchasing any mountain bike shuttle, you hereby release and indemnify Wasatch Crest Shuttles Inc., its members, officers, directors, employees, independent contractors, agents, affiliated clubs and associations, landowners, sponsors, and volunteers from all liability, recourse, proceedings, claims, and causes of action of any kind whatsoever, in respect of all personal injuries or property losses which I may suffer arising out of or connected with my preparation for, or participation in, the aforesaid cycling programs, races or activities, notwithstanding that such injuries or losses may have been caused solely or partly by the negligence of the Wasatch Crest Shuttles Inc., or any of its members, officers, directors, employees, independent contractors, agents, affiliated clubs and associations, landowners, sponsors, and volunteers.
• The 2010 mountain bike shuttle schedule is from July 1 through September 30.
• Scheduled shuttles are available even calendar days only.
• Reservations are not necessary, but recommended, for scheduled mountain bike shuttles.
• Season pass holder reservation requests are priority and processed before other requests.
  
• Unscheduled mountain bike shuttles require a reservation at least 24 hours in advance. All unscheduled reservations must be guaranteed with an online purchase or Visa/Master Card on file.
• Online purchases are vouchers only and must be presented to the driver on the day of service.  All online mountain bike shuttle purchases expire September 30, 2010.
• Online purchases are reservation requests only.  Reservation requests are processed in the order they are received and confirmed by email after 6 PM the same day.
  
• Twelve hour cancellation for no charge or a full refund.  Reduction in group size included.
  
• Wasatch Crest Shuttle reserves the right to cancel any shuttle(s) at any time due to rain, lightning, and/or wet trail conditions.
  
• No refunds due to weather on the day of reservation; rain checks will be issued in lieu of refunds.  Rain checks and online purchases expire September 30, 2010.
